Artwork charges vary by the job. Ranges are for standard set ups. Jobs that require multiple sets of changes and proofs will be billed extra. Clients submitting photos and other materials that do not meet our specifications, will be charged for the time we spend correcting the files, and/or discussing how the client should make the neccessary changes. Please remember that our product is our time and creativity, we have to charge for it.

Please be sure to contact us prior to the Approval Deadline so that we may book space for your piece and get started on the design of your card before the art approval deadline.

The Art Approval Deadline is the date by which your custom artwork must be approved to go to press. All changes must be sent in and completed before this date.

The Pick-up Date is the date by which your cards will be ready to pick up from Galigraph. This is also the date in which we send out all our deliveries. All our transactions are through cash or cheque. We do not accept Visa or debit at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: If your card is a custom size, or if it's perforated or has a score, the Pick-Up Date does not apply. Please call us to confirm your personal Pick-Up date.
